Assistant Professor (Lindsey Wilson College)

The Lindsey Wilson College English program, which values breadth, flexibility, and innovation, invites applications for an Assistant Professor of pre-20th century American literature to begin in August 2016. Expertise in Ethnic, African American, or Southern literature a plus. Additional responsibilities will include teaching all levels of first-year writing, general education literature courses, and upper-level courses as needed. Ph.D. and college-level teaching experience required; 4/4 teaching load. Evidence of strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and liberal arts education required.
