Assistant professor in early-American Literature to 1900 (Graceland University)

The English department at Graceland University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor in early-American Literature to 1900 beginning August 2015. Ability to teach linguistics or comparative literature a plus. Ph.D. required by August 2015. The 4/4 teaching load includes composition, core English courses, and topics courses based on the candidate’s secondary interests that can appeal to both majors and non-majors. Demonstrated teaching excellence and a commitment to undergraduate teaching and service is required.
