I’m pleased to announce that the Maine Women Writers Collection at the University of New England will again be sponsoring research grants to support visits to the collection in 2014-2015. Please see the call for applications here: http://www.une.edu/mwwc/research/research-support-grants-recipients
The grants are intended for faculty members, independent researchers, and graduate students at the dissertation stage who are actively pursuing research that requires, or would benefit from, access to the holdings of the Maine Women Writers Collection.
MWWC Research Support Grants range between $250 and $1000, and may be used for transportation, housing, and research-related expenses.
The deadline for applications is November 21, 2014.
